- Account and contact information: name, email address, Discord username or identifier, customer-panel username, and communications preferences.
- Order and billing information: selected plan, subscription status, billing address when requested, transaction identifiers, payment status, and limited payment-method details supplied by Stripe. Astro Hosting does not receive or store your full card number.
- Service content: server configurations, game files, worlds, logs, databases, backups, and other content you upload or generate through the Services.
- Technical and security information: IP address, timestamps, browser or device details, authentication events, panel activity, resource usage, network events, and security logs.
- Support information: Discord tickets, emails, screenshots, diagnostic information, and other material you submit when requesting service or support.
2. How information is used
Astro Hosting uses information to review requests, provision and operate servers, authenticate users, process billing, provide backups and support, communicate service notices, enforce policies, prevent fraud and abuse, secure infrastructure, comply with law, maintain business records, and improve the Services.
3. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by providers that support the Services, including Stripe for billing, Google Workspace for email, Discord and Ticket Tool for support, Cloudflare for DNS, access control, and network protection, and Backblaze for off-site backup storage. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Astro Hosting may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect customers, Astro Hosting, providers, or the public; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; enforce agreements; or complete a business transfer. Astro Hosting does not sell personal information.
4. Cookies and similar technology
The website and its providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technology needed for security, authentication, session management, preferences, payment checkout, and basic service operation. Third-party services may set their own necessary cookies when you use their pages.
5. Retention

Server data and backups may be deleted after service ends. Some records may remain in protected backups or legally required business records until their normal retention period expires.

No system or transmission method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Astro Hosting may verify your identity and may retain information required for billing, security, legal compliance, or legitimate dispute resolution. You may cancel future subscription renewals as described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
8. Age and geographic scope
The Services are intended only for people age 18 or older and are currently offered only to customers in the United States. Astro Hosting does not knowingly provide customer accounts to minors. If you believe a minor provided personal information, contact Astro Hosting so the matter can be investigated.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the beta service, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through email, Discord, or the customer panel.
