1. Lawful, game-related use only

The Services may be used only for lawful game-server hosting and directly related administration. You may not use the Services for unrelated web hosting, cryptocurrency mining, public proxies or VPNs, file distribution, resale, or other workloads unless Astro Hosting gives written approval.

You may not use or attempt to use the Services to:

3. Games, mods, and plugins

You are responsible for ensuring that your game server, mods, plugins, scripts, maps, and configurations comply with their licenses and applicable rules. Astro Hosting may decline unsupported or unsafe software. Modified or third-party software may reduce stability, performance, backup reliability, and support availability.

4. Security responsibilities

Use strong, unique passwords and multi-factor authentication where available. Do not share panel or administrator credentials. Promptly report suspected compromise and cooperate with reasonable containment steps. You may not test the security of Astro Hosting or another system without explicit written authorization.

5. Reports and investigations

Report abuse to [email protected]. Include the affected hostname or server, dates and times, relevant logs or screenshots, and a way to contact you. Astro Hosting may review logs and relevant account or server information as reasonably necessary to investigate a report, protect the Services, or comply with law.

6. Enforcement

Depending on severity, Astro Hosting may warn the customer, require remediation, restrict network access, stop a server, quarantine content, suspend an account, or terminate the Services. Immediate action may be taken for security threats, illegal content, attacks, or urgent harm. Fees already paid are generally not refundable when service is terminated for violating this AUP, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Questions

Questions about permitted use may be sent to [email protected] before deploying the workload.
